• Conduct thorough intake assessments to determine each client's unique needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, couples, family, and child therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client.
• Adhere to all facility and licensing standards, ensuring compliance with state regulations and ethical guidelines in all aspects of care.
• Assist in case management needs assessments, connecting clients with local resources and support services to facilitate their mental health treatment.
• Collaborate with the clinical team, providing additional support and coverage as necessary to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain communication with the Utilization Review and Business Departments regarding client authorizations and payment matters, ensuring efficient operational processes.
• Document all services provided accurately and promptly, meeting organizational expectations for record-keeping and reporting.

Our clinic serves a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals, couples, families, and children, many of whom may face complex mental health challenges. This role is crucial in addressing diverse emotional and psychological needs, delivering care that is both responsive and respectful to our client's backgrounds and experiences.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active California LCSW license is mandatory to practice in this role.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries while providing empathetic care.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to complete and submit documentation and service records punctually.

• Previous experience counseling individuals with chronic illnesses or significant mental health issues is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with hospice or palliative care settings will be considered an asset.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth technology to facilitate remote client sessions.

The salary for this full-time LCSW position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, aligned with caseload responsibilities and professional experience.
