• Deliver remote therapy and counseling through a structured 8-week evidence-based program that encourages actionable skills development.
• Monitor participant progress diligently and document session notes ensuring accurate follow-up communications.
• Actively engage as a member of the care team, assisting participants in accessing essential resources while also handling consent and authorization processes.
• Identify high-risk situations among participants and respond effectively, adhering to established company protocols to manage safety concerns.
• Contribute to team success by participating in regular supervision meetings, monthly team meetings, and quarterly Town Halls.
• Safeguard client confidentiality in alignment with HIPAA Privacy & Security policies, completing required compliance training annually.

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients seeking support for various mental health challenges. By utilizing evidence-based practices, you will educate and empower participants to develop healthy coping mechanisms and address their mental health needs effectively. The emotional connection you foster with your clients is crucial in building trust and facilitating their journey toward recovery.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). A Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is also acceptable.
• A commitment to creating and adhering to a consistent schedule for patient sessions.
• Clinical experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other solution-focused strategies.
• A demonstrated passion for enhancing lives through behavioral health reform and a track record of impactful counseling.
• Compliance with UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy for remote work.
• Must successfully complete a drug test prior to commencing employment to ensure a drug-free workplace.

• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms to facilitate virtual patient interactions.
• Skills in developing personalized care plans and conducting outcome assessments.

• Annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
• Receive weekly direct deposits for your salary.
• Full-time counselors are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend.
