Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver remote therapy and counseling through a structured 8-week evidence-based program that encourages actionable skills development.
  • Monitor participant progress diligently and document session notes ensuring accurate follow-up communications.
  • Actively engage as a member of the care team, assisting participants in accessing essential resources while also handling consent and authorization processes.
  • Identify high-risk situations among participants and respond effectively, adhering to established company protocols to manage safety concerns.
  • Contribute to team success by participating in regular supervision meetings, monthly team meetings, and quarterly Town Halls.
  • Safeguard client confidentiality in alignment with HIPAA Privacy & Security policies, completing required compliance training annually.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). A Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is also acceptable.
  • A commitment to creating and adhering to a consistent schedule for patient sessions.

Compensation and Benefits
