This full-time position allows you the flexibility to work remotely from any location within the United States. • Deliver evidence-based remote psychotherapy throughout an 8-week treatment program designed to facilitate significant behavioral changes.
• Actively monitor and assess participant progress, providing thoughtful follow-up communications and developing recommendations for continued care coordination.
• Collaborate with the care team in resource allocation to ensure participants have access to necessary support systems, including assistance in obtaining consent and authorization forms.
• Identify and respond effectively to encounters involving high-risk participants, utilizing company guidelines to address elevated safety concerns with compassion and professionalism.
• Engage in regular meetings with supervisors and participate in monthly team meetings and town halls to discuss clinical outcomes, best practices, and personal development.
• Uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA Privacy & Security policies and fulfill annual training requirements to ensure best practices in handling sensitive information.

Your primary focus will be on patients participating in structured mental health programs, often characterized by a wide range of challenges including anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. By employing scientifically validated approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), you will help participants develop actionable skills and foster healthy, lifelong habits. Your contributions will play a crucial role in enhancing their overall health outcomes and quality of life.

• A current and valid professional license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• Your commitment to maintaining a consistent therapeutic schedule for your patients is essential for fostering a successful therapeutic relationship.
• Experience in applying various psychotherapeutic techniques such as CBT, DBT, and solution-focused approaches to address mental health challenges effectively.
• A demonstrated passion for improving lives and contributing to the future of behavioral health care.
• Adherence to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy is mandatory for all remote employees.

• Prior experience in a community health setting or integrated care model is advantageous.

• Salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year, dependent on hours worked.
• Weekly direct deposit of your earnings ensures financial security.
