• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, tailoring therapeutic interventions accordingly.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that resonate with their individual goals, preferences, and therapeutic needs.

• Implement evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting your approach to suit the client's unique context.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, exploring treatment options, and providing guidance on effective self-care practices.

• Monitor client progress throughout the treatment process, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize outcomes.
