• Conduct ethical, patient-centered individual counseling sessions through video conferencing tools, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients.
• Employ evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to meet individual client needs while encouraging personal insights and resilience.
• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that enhance therapeutic outcomes and reflect their unique circumstances and objectives.
• Regularly monitor client progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary to optimize effectiveness and foster healthy coping strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress using our streamlined digital platforms.

You will primarily serve stable, low-acuity adults who present with a broad spectrum of mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, and stress-related issues. Your expertise will help empower clients to develop coping mechanisms and improve their quality of life through targeted interventions and supportive counseling.

• Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current, independent state-issued mental health counseling license (e.g., LMFT, LPC, LCSW) that permits you to practice without supervision.
• No limited or provisional licenses; candidates without any prior disciplinary actions are preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach towards clients.
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using technology for telehealth services.
• A reliable computer with webcam and audio capabilities, alongside a stable internet connection.

A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is required. Ideal candidates will have familiarity with telehealth practices and an understanding of diverse cultural backgrounds and their impact on mental health.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Benefits include:
