• Deliver comprehensive mental health assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients, ensuring they meet their therapeutic goals.
• Utilize the platform's advanced tools, such as online journals and clinical worksheets, to enhance client engagement and treatment tracking.
• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients, employing various communication methods to best support their mental health journey.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress, treatment strategies, and outcomes in compliance with professional standards and regulations.

Our platform focuses on low acuity adults dealing with a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, relationship challenges, and grief issues. By screening clients, we ensure that our therapists engage with individuals who are in stable condition and ready for meaningful therapeutic work. This targeted approach allows you to specialize in areas where you feel most confident and competent.

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• A full, active, and unrestricted LCSW license in the state of Texas, with no disciplinary actions.
• Excellent technological proficiency, including reliable internet connection and a functioning PC or laptop (tablets not permitted).

• Experience working with adult populations in a remote or telehealth setting.
• Familiarity with contemporary therapeutic techniques and frameworks relevant to client needs described above.
• A demonstrated track record of client care and engagement.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, based on your hours worked and experience. Additionally, full-time therapists receive a monthly stipend for medical, dental, and vision benefits. Our compensation package includes a substantial sign-on bonus, along with weekly direct deposit to streamline your financial management.
