Job description

Snyk is the leader in secure AI software development, helping millions of developers develop fast and stay secure as AI transforms how software is built. Our AI-native Developer Security Platform integrates seamlessly into development and security workflows, making it easy to find, fix, and prevent vulnerabilities — from code and dependencies to containers and cloud. Our mission is to empower every developer to innovate securely in the AI era — boosting productivity while reducing business risk.

We're not your average security company - we build Snyk on One Team, Care Deeply, Customer Centric, and Forward Thinking. It's how we stay driven, supportive, and always one step ahead as AI reshapes our world. Why this role?

As a Customer Development Account Executive focusing on Mexico, you'll play a key role in shaping how modern organizations in the LATAM region build and secure software at scale. You'll join a collaborative, forward-thinking team and help drive our mission to embed security into every part of the AI-native development lifecycle. This is an outbound-focused role where you will build strong relationships with key stakeholders in DevSecOps and Digital Transformation teams to drive innovation across the Mexican market.

What You'll Do: Own the end-to-end sales cycle for net new customers within the Mexican market. Lead the post-sales customer journey, identifying opportunities to expand and retain your existing client base. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure long-term customer success.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Technical Sales Engineers to articulate the value of Snyk's AI-powered tools. Create and mature pipeline within your assigned territory through proactive outbound activity. Influence Snyk's internal tooling and sales approach by providing feedback on the unique needs of the LATAM market.

What You Bring: Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken. 3+ years of closing experience in a fast-paced sales environment. Experience selling a technical product and a strong understanding of the software developer lifecycle.

A proven track record of identifying target accounts and generating pipeline through outbound sales motions. Curiosity, initiative, and a bias for action to navigate both short and long sales cycles. Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate the value of AppSec solutions to various business leaders.

It'd Be Awesome If You Also... Have hands-on experience with AI/LLMs or modern security tools. Bring previous experience working in a fully remote position.

Have additional language skills, particularly Portuguese. Love solving complex problems and aren't afraid to challenge the status quo. Have a sense of humor — we take our mission seriously, but not ourselves!

Annual Base Salary Range: $106,000 - $132,500 Target Commission Range: $106,000 - $132,500 (at 100% attainment of sales) We care deeply about the warm, inclusive environment we've created and we value diversity – we welcome applications from those typically underrepresented in tech. About Snyk Snyk is committed to creating an inclusive and engaging environment where our employees can thrive as we rally behind our common mission to make the digital world a safer place.
