Employment / Business Litigation Attorney (Experienced)


Location: Remote


Compensation: $142,500 to $200,000 (based on experience)

We are seeking an experienced Employment Litigation or Business Litigation Attorney to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigation attorney looking for strong compensation, a manageable billable requirement, and meaningful flexibility.

Compensation (Based on Years of Experience)

  • 10+ years of experience: $200,000
  • 3–9 years of experience: $170,000
  • 1 year of experience: $142,500

Bonus Structure (1:1 for Hours Above Minimum)

Attorneys are eligible for a 1:1 bonus for billable hours worked in excess of the 1,700-hour annual requirement.

This means each billable hour above 1,700 is paid as an additional bonus at an hourly rate calculated as:

Annual salary ÷ 1,700 hours = hourly bonus rate

Billable Requirement

  • 1,700 billable hours per year
