Program Manager (DAS Focus/ AT&T ISE)

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to support our National Team. This role is ideal for candidates who are flexible, hands-on, and eager to travel, as it requires 15-20% travel throughout the United States. Candidates may be based anywhere in the U.S., with all travel fully supported by CTS.


Position Summary

The Program Manager will lead and manage multiple DAS deployment projects with a strong emphasis on AT&T systems, reporting, and data integrity. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills, advanced Excel capabilities, and experience coordinating cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple DAS and signal source deployment projects simultaneously, ensuring consistent execution across all phases
  • Review and validate project scope, goals, risks, timelines, and deliverables with stakeholders
  • Provide daily reporting including next-step analysis, tracker updates, and risk management for at-risk items
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation using cloud-based project management tools
  • Identify project dependencies and manage critical path activities

Program & System Management

  • Manage LIDAR-related activities including POs, scheduling, IWM updates, CAD downloads, and customer coordination
  • Oversee Production Curve reporting, including:
    • Daily data integrity analysis
    • Closeout tracking and reporting
    • Dashboard creation and regional training
  • Maintain and update systems including IWM and other tracking platforms
  • Support CBSS / IWM enhancements and rollout of tools such as RFDS, BOM, and scheduling tools

Coordination & Execution

  • Coordinate cross-functional resources including HetNet, RF TA2/TA3, LIDAR, and 3PO commissioning teams
  • Work closely with Finance and Purchasing for vendor PO releases
  • Coordinate with project coordinators and warehouse teams to ensure equipment readiness
  • Lead recurring project status meetings and stakeholder communications
  • Support / Coordinate engineering and deployment activities including:
    • Commissioning
    • Integration and optimization
    • Data collection and testing
    • Closeout documentation

Program Oversight

  • Provide program management support for AT&T ISE initiatives
  • Support NOC Preventative Maintenance programs
  • Attend customer calls, weekly data integrity reviews, and quarterly regional meetings
  • Proactively manage scope, schedule, and project risks, implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Maintain accurate reporting across all active projects

Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years of project/program management experience, ideally in cellular DAS deployments
  • 3+ years of experience in the wireless telecommunications industry
  • Strong experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Zoho)
  • Strong understanding of project planning tools (Gantt charts, task tracking, resource allocation)
  • Ability to coordinate remote teams and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Preferred

  • Experience with AT&T systems and processes
  • Familiarity with IWM (In-Building Wireless Management) database
  • Experience with SiteTracker or similar platforms
  • PMP certification preferred (CAPM considered)
  • Knowledge of SwiftTrac applications (NORAD, FileTrac, Quality Punchlist, MPACT)
  • Background in in-building DAS deployments and program management

Work Environment

  • National role with travel required as needed (15-20%)
  • Candidates may live anywhere in the U.S.
