Job description

Customer Service Specialist(s). Customer Service Representatives. NextStep Recruiting is looking for 2 Customer Service Specialists for a fantastic manufacturing/distribution industry client of ours located in Elgin, IL. Candidates must have:


  • 2 + years of high-volume customer service experience
  • Recent experience using SAP software to enter in customer orders is required
  • Customer Service and Order Entry experience in a manufacturing or distribution industry type of environment would be helpful
  • Strong communication skills and enjoying speaking with customers is a must. Fluent bilingual English/Spanish language skills are required

These are onsite roles Monday – Friday at our client’s location in Elgin, IL so a commute to Sunrise must be ok. There are early shifts available if you are an early morning person to help you beat the traffic! These roles are contract-to-hire, with our client hoping to hire you on permanently if everything goes well. Pay rate of $20 - $26/hr. Depending on experience. These roles are targeted to start in early August 2026, so there is an urgency to hire!
