The Customer Service Representative will provide support to the Sales Team with responding to customer inquiries in a professional manner, assisting with sales processes, and assisting with any shipping issues or delays.

Sales Team Support:
Carrying out administrative duties and ensuring seamless sales activities for the Sales Team.
Being the liaison between the customer and Sales team, communicating feedback from the customers to the team.
Customer Service:
Respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction
Sales Order and Return process:
  • Adjusting orders when inquired by Salesman or Customers.
  • Real time monitoring/processing for sales mobile orders and inputting manual orders received via Email, Fax, or Phone).
  • Canada orders and Grand opening order process.
  • Checking back orders and the status of orders.
  • Sales return order review and billing process.
  • Online (Ivykiss.com) Inquiries/Assistance

Customer Claim Service:
  • Reporting Shortages and Damages, processing credit or replacement orders
  • Carrier Claim and Shipment Tracking:
  • Resolving shipping issues due to UPS or truck deliveries and carrier claims
