About the Role

The Project Manager is responsible for post-sales coordination, implementation, control, and completion of projects, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments, and goals of the organization.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Manage the installation of Tate products (e.g., Containment, Manifolds, Ceilings, Raised Floor systems) on construction sites across various regions.
  • Serve as the primary on-site liaison between Tate, contractors, and clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including engineering, logistics, and manufacturing to ensure timely delivery and installation.
  • Review construction drawings and specifications to ensure alignment with project scope.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with Tate standards and safety protocols.
  • Resolve field issues promptly and effectively, escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation including schedules, reports, and change orders.
  • Support commissioning and handover processes for completed installations.

    Additional Expectation

    • Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.
    • Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands.
    • Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System.
    • Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.

    What Youโ€™ll Bring

    • Bachelorโ€™s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
    • Ability to travel to job sites as needed. 30%-40% Travel Required
    • 3+ years of experience in construction project management or site supervision.
    • Familiarity with raised access flooring systems, containment solutions, or similar infrastructure products.
    • Strong understanding of construction site safety, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
    • Ability to read and interpret architectural and mechanical drawings.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
