What Are We Looking For?
We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Project Manager to join our Global Client Support Team. The ideal candidate is an energetic, organized professional with a strong passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. This individual will leverage their project management expertise, relationship-building skills, and technical acumen to drive internal and external clients to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Primary point of contact for technical services and communication with the client, as well as internally within Symphony Talent and with any third parties.
  • Orchestrate technical resource coordination and ensure flawless execution of projects for all post-sale technical implementation activities.
  • Fully utilize delivery model, templates, and artifacts to structure all client implementations and enable deployment predictability
  • Assist in the definition of project scope, objectives, and business analysis.
  • Partner with all relevant stakeholders to develop a solution strategy and ensure technical feasibility.
  • Define, create, and maintain the program delivery for clients across support, projects and enhancement deliverables.
  • Manage and communicate project status per defined cadence.
  • Lead design and configuration discussions of web development and integration projects while providing technical knowledge of the SFX Talent Acquisition Engine application(s) to clients .
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues encountered by users. Document issues and defects within provided internal tools.
  • Collaborate with Symphony Talent team members by providing important client feedback, process-improvement recommendations, troubleshooting tips and action items to support the product.
  • Contribute and support organization quarterly goals.
  • Ownership of technical project plan and coordination with client program work plan.
  • Maintain quality client relationships and be the trusted client advocate.

Requirements
Experience/Skills Needed:
  • 5+ years previous experience working within a technically focused environment acting as a technical project manager/business analyst/administrator or consultant
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and or candidate recruitment marketing systems
  • Experience developing system and processes to create operational efficiencies
  • Previous experience interfacing with clients in a technical project management/business analyst capacity
  • Experienced and comfortable interacting with all levels of management and roles within the client organization
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate client issues as required
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to effectively explain complex solutions to clients
  • Highly organized with an ability to balance multiple projects and escalations in a fast-paced environment
  • High-level understanding of SaaS, web development, and data integrations is a plus
