Compensation:

$130,000 - $170,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage legal cases, focusing on the Marchman Act and Guardianship, to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide clear, actionable legal advice.
  • Prepare and present cases in court, showcasing your litigation expertise and courtroom presence.
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
  • Work closely with our team to develop innovative legal strategies that align with our values and mission.
  • Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, keeping them informed and empowered throughout the legal process.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.
  • 3–5 years of litigation experience required.
  • Experience in managing legal cases, particularly within the realms of the Marchman Act and Guardianship highly preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, providing clear and actionable legal advice.
  • Proven track record of preparing and presenting cases in court, showcasing litigation expertise and courtroom presence.
  • Strong skills in conducting thorough legal research to support case strategies and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
  • Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work closely with a team to develop innovative legal strategies that align with our values and mission.
