What you'll do:
โ€ข Manage and support a diverse commercial litigation caseload
โ€ข Research complex legal issues and draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal memoranda
โ€ข Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
โ€ข Work with senior attorneys on case strategy and litigation management
โ€ข Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts

What you bring:
โ€ข Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school

โ€ข Knowledge of local, state, and federal rules of procedure
