Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Legal Talent Sourcer to support candidate generation for a variety of legal roles. This opportunity is fully remote and structured as a 1099 contract, offering flexibility and performance-based earnings. The position focuses on identifying and engaging qualified legal professionals, including attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and compliance specialists across multiple practice areas.
You will play a critical role in building strong candidate pipelines while partnering with recruiters who manage client relationships and hiring processes.
What You'll Do:
  • Source and identify qualified legal professionals using various tools, databases, and networks
  • Build and maintain a steady pipeline of candidates for active and future roles
  • Conduct initial outreach and screening to assess candidate fit
  • Maintain accurate candidate records using CRM systems
  • Collaborate with recruiting partners to align on role requirements and sourcing strategies
