Position Overview
  • Role: Independent Dental Recruiter (1099 Contractor)
  • Location: Fully Remote / Work From Home
  • Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
  • Compensation: Commission-based, performance bonuses, or split-fee structure (unlimited earning potential)
Key Responsibilities
  • Source & Recruit: Find qualified dental professionals (DDS/DMD, dental hygienists, assistants, and specialists) using job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, and direct outreach.
  • Screen & Interview: Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess clinical competency, cultural fit, licensing status, and salary expectations.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an active, organized candidate database and tracking pipeline.
  • Client Relations: Partner with dental practice owners, hiring managers, and DSOs to understand their hiring needs and present top-tier candidates.
  • Negotiation & Placement: Assist in facilitating interviews, feedback sessions, and offer negotiations between the candidate and the practice.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience: Proven recruiting experience; background in dental, healthcare, or clinical executive search is strongly preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with dental office workflows, licensing requirements (DDS/DMD), and dental specialties.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self-motivated, autonomous, and comfortable working under a 1099 commission/contract structure.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and relationship-building skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn, and remote communication tools.
