Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and coordinate project specifications utilizing Array's master specification system.
  • Collaborate with project teams to align specifications with project requirements, design intent, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support material and product evaluation, technical research, and system selection.
  • Review construction documents for consistency between drawings and specifications.
  • Assist with maintenance and updates to Array's master specifications.
  • Support construction-phase review of substitutions, product data, RFIs, and specification-related questions.
  • Participate in quality assurance reviews and lessons learned initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • An understanding of CSI MasterFormat and specification development practices.
  • Experience supporting healthcare, science and technology, or other complex institutional projects.
  • Ability to support multiple projects and coordinate directly with project teams.
  • Technical writing, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • CSI CDT or CCS certification.
  • Experience with BSD SpecLink and healthcare-focused master specification systems.
  • Familiarity with FGI, NFPA, ADA, and healthcare regulatory requirements.
