NOW HIRING: Millwork Project Principal (Mentor, OH)
Open to REMOTE POSITION
Join our team leading complex, high-end architectural millwork projects from inception through punch-out!
We are seeking an experienced Millwork Project Principal to lead projects from hand-off through completion, developing project strategy with Engineering, managing schedules and budgets, coordinating engineering and production, and working directly with Clients, Architects, and General Contractors to ensure projects are delivered accurately, efficiently, and to Merritt’s exacting standards.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of millwork industry experience
  • Project management and estimating experience
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural millwork drawings and specifications
  • Strong understanding of project schedules, budgets, and documentation
  • Ability to identify and resolve field measurement issues
  • Excellent math, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
