Job description

Seeking an estimator to produce accurate bids for architectural millwork, casework, and fixtures, based on drawings, specs, and vendor pricing
Responsibilities:
  • Perform detailed take‑offs from architectural drawings/CAD. 
  • Estimate materials, fabrication, installation, and hardware. 
  • Solicit, compare, and qualify vendor/subcontractor pricing.  
  • Prepare proposals, alternates, and change‑order pricing. 
  • Coordinate with PMs, engineering/detailing, and production.

Qualifications:
  • 2–5+ years of millwork or commercial interiors estimating. 
  • Strong blueprint/shop‑drawing interpretation. 
  • Proficiency with Bluebeam and Excel. 
  • Knowledge of millwork materials, fabrication, and hardware.
