Job description

Dewhirst, Dolven & Parker LLC is a regional civil litigation insurance defense firm with an opening for an associate attorney on our Utah team. Pay will be based on experience.

The successful candidate will be familiar with Utah civil procedure and law. A high level of integrity is a must as well as a willingness to work with a team. This attorney will be required to research legal issues and comply with all legal standards and regulations.

Job Qualifications:

  • Experience in civil litigation preferred
  • Utah Bar License required
  • Insurance defense experience preferred
  • Strong research, writing, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong internet as this position is largely remote.
