Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your essential duties will include:

  • Actively participating in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to collaborate on client care and case management strategies.
  • Documenting patient progress through timely completion of monthly and quarterly progress notes.
  • Organizing and leading training sessions to maintain staff competency concerning program implementation and documentation processes.
  • Providing ongoing support to clients through follow-up interviews and observations to ensure their evolving needs are met.
  • Maintaining comprehensive and precise records for easy access by relevant stakeholders.
  • Acting as a liaison with the broader mental health community to enhance development and support initiatives.
  • Assisting in the creation of training materials aimed at improving program delivery for clients.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will encompass working with diverse populations, including both youth and adults. Qualifications
