• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' needs, history, and therapeutic goals, incorporating discovery and collaboration in the evaluation process.
• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using various evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness approaches, and narrative therapy.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address individual needs, and continuously monitor client progress against set objectives.
• Facilitate a therapeutic alliance characterized by trust, fostering collaborative relationships that allow clients to navigate personal challenges effectively.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines, legal requirements, and confidentiality protocols while documenting treatment and maintaining accurate client records.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to stay abreast of the latest clinical practices and enhance therapeutic strategies.
• Provide practical support and strategies that empower clients to foster resilience and promote healing.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• An active state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
