Mission Recruiting is representing a confidential opportunity with a growing multi-state litigation firm seeking a Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney to support its California practice. This role is aligned with a Los Angeles team but operates on a fully remote basis for qualified candidates.

The position involves full ownership of a workers' compensation defense caseload, including strategy development, litigation management, and resolution. The attorney will handle pleadings, discovery, depositions, and appearances before the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board, while maintaining direct client communication and delivering practical legal guidance.
