Job description

Associate Attorney (0–3 Years Experience) – Full-Time, In-Office

Our firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney (0–3 years of experience) to join our pre-suit/client intake team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career attorney to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative and supportive environment. No experience necessary; willing to train the right applicant.

Position Overview:

This job is specifically tailored for an attorney who does not want to deal with the stress of litigation, deadlines, motion practice, court appearances or trials. The Associate Attorney will work closely with our intake and pre-suit team, evaluating new matters, communicating with prospective clients, and assisting in the early stages of case development. This position does not involve litigation, and we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducting initial case evaluations and client intake
  • Communicating with prospective and existing clients
  • Reviewing documents and gathering relevant information
  • Assisting with pre-suit case strategy and development
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient case handling

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
  • Licensed to practice law in Florida
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a team-oriented environment
  • Prior experience is not required; training will be provided

Position Details:

  • Full-time, in-office position (Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)
  • No remote work.
  • Competitive compensation based on experience

Benefits:

  • Full health insurance coverage (paid by the firm)
  • Paid holidays
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)

We are looking for a candidate who is eager to learn, professional, and committed to providing excellent client service. If you are interested in building a strong foundation in pre-suit practice, we encourage you to apply.
