What is a Remote Anatomic Pathologist?

A Remote Anatomic Pathologist is a medical doctor who specializes in diagnosing diseases by examining tissues and cells, but performs their work remotely using digital pathology platforms. They review high-resolution images of tissue samples sent electronically rather than working with physical slides in a laboratory.
