We are seeking a per diem Anatomic Pathologist to provide vacation and absences coverage for our pathology team. This role is ideal for a flexible, highly skilled pathologist who enjoys collaborative practice and maintaining high-quality diagnostic standards in a dynamic environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide coverage for routine surgical pathology sign-out during planned absences and vacations
  • Deliver timely, accurate written pathology reports
  • Maintain adherence to turnaround time goals and quality metrics
  • Participate in peer review and quality assurance activities as applicable
  • Support laboratory operations in compliance with CAP, CLIA, and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications :

  • MD or DO with completion of accredited pathology residency
  • Board Certified in Anatomic Pathology
  • Eligible for medical licensure in Massachusetts

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $147.84 to $253.85 per hour. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
