Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC (DST) is seeking a full-time Salesforce Engineer to support a government client. The candidate must be able to work independently and with a team. This position requires a broad mix of technical and business acumen coupled with excellent communication skills. This is a FULLY REMOTE EXEMPT position. MUST BE U.S. CITIZEN/NON-DUAL CITIZENSHIP Duties and Responsibilities:Utilize best practices to perform enhancements as needed to the Salesforce.com platform.Hands-on participation in producing tangible deliverables (e.g., requirements specification, design deliverables).Collaborate with team members on custom software/integrations and system testing.Lead customer-driven solutions utilizing strong technical design skills and strong working relationships with internal groups.Guide users in formulating requirements, advise on alternatives and on the implications of new or revised processing analysis.Develop, document, and enforce application standards and procedures.Education and Years of Experience: Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, or related technical or functional discipline.5+ years of experience in software development.3+ years of experience implementing Salesforce solutions (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Component Framework).2+ year of full enterprise Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) delivery, including end-to-end planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:Experience with Service Oriented Design Principals (SOA), Web Services (e.g., REST, SOAP, JSON, XML), core web technologies ((e.g., HTML5, JavaScript).Demonstrated experience and knowledge of relational databases and data modeling.Excellent oral and written communications.Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities.Demonstrated ability to build trusted advisor relationships with clients.Additional Requirements:Successful completion of a Fingerprint background investigation.Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or IIMin Citizenship Status Required: Must be a U.S. CitizenPhysical Requirements: No physical requirements needed for this position.
