Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with general accounting and financial reporting.

Analyze expenses and variances to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Process invoices, payments, and expense reports per company policies.

Assist with customer invoicing, payment applications, and collections as needed.

Assist with the preparation of regulatory tax filings and other regulatory reporting requirements.

Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.

Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.

Support the implementation and maintenance of accounting software and systems.

Perform various administrative duties including answering phone calls, daily mail etc.
