The Manager, Reporting & Analytics at Johnson & Johnson MedTech would be supporting the Electrophysiology and Cardiac Imaging & Structural Heart teams, primarily responsible for the definition, design, development, and maintenance of our reporting and analytics to deliver business insights. This role combines handson analytics and data visualization with stakeholder engagement to inform strategy.

You'll partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Capital & Service, Sales Enablement, HR, IT, to create sustainable frameworks, monitor internal and external signals, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

This is a critical role defining the future of reporting and analytics in the commercial space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the design, development, user interface, and maintenance of data visualization dashboards (primarily in Power BI) that track KPIs and produce actionable insights to the commercial organization.
  • Partner with the commercial teams to translate business questions into analytics requirements and implement scalable solutions that enable business objectives.
  • Develops tactical and operational plans for leveraging metrics, forecasts, and performance ratios to generate insights that help senior management and sales leaders identify and understand the business drivers of key accounts and sales trends that could affect partnerships and customers.
  • Establish and maintain KPI definitions, dashboard governance, and data quality checks; drive continuous improvement of data processes and instrumentation.
  • Drives cross-functional alignment on business reporting across the commercial teams and Finance.
  • Leads the development of sales reporting processes that produce quality, accurate, and consistent results as well as sales performance dashboards that allow sales team members, leaders, and stakeholders to monitor sales forecasts and track key performance indicators.
  • Collaborates and maintains open communication channels with key cross-functional departments, internal stakeholders, and sales leaders to facilitate product launches, go-to-market strategies, and ensure policies and procedures align and complement each other.
  • Provide training and documentation for dashboards and analytic tools; act as a point of contact for analytics requests from all stakeholders
  • Support leadership with regular business reviews, executive-level slide decks, ad-hoc analyses, and data storytelling that drives decisions.
  • Lead the effort to define how to best leverage AI in the commercial environment, in partnership with IT and the commercial teams.
  • Manages a team of individual contributors, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management.
  • Allocates resources for the assessment, selection, and integration of enabling resources and ensures compliance of technologies including sales enablement platforms, customer relationship management systems, and pipeline management software.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies when handling sensitive healthcare or customer data.
  • Integrates Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in BI, Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or related business required.
  • Proven expertise building interactive dashboards in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), data warehouses, and data management platforms, preferably for the commercial organization.
  • Strong understanding of database management, SQL, and trends in big data analytics.
  • Deep expertise with Microsoft Office Suite application.
  • Forward thinker, including how to leverage LLM or related AI in the commercial space.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex analyses to nontechnical audiences.
  • Strong problemsolving mindset and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple stakeholder requests and competing priorities.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques.
  • Experience with BI governance and dashboard lifecycle management.

    • Experience with external market data (e.g., DRG data, Acuity, Definitive Healthcare, IQVIA, Clarivate).

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$102,000.00 - $177,100.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation -120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado -48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington -56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays -13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave - 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
