We're looking for an HPLC Curriculum Manager (m/f/d) to join Agilent.

The Learning Services business is seeking a dynamic scientist to join our team. In this role, you will be the global point person for High Performance Liquid Chromatography customer training development. Apply your industry knowledge, technical expertise, and understanding of our customers' strategic business goals to identify and develop technical training solutions for Agilent HPLC instruments and workflows. In addition, you will collaborate closely with customers, contractors, and internal organizations to design, develop, and facilitate the transition of customer learning solutions to the global delivery teams while maintaining oversight of training quality and customer acceptance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designs and develops education solutions for instructor-led training, virtual training, and online eLearning using instructional design principles. Training material may include laboratories, lectures, eLearning modules, manuals, assessments, videos, and animations
  • Collaborates with a cross-functional team of experts to resolve appropriate curriculum and course content, including product support, product managers, regional specialists, customers, and industry leaders
  • Adheres to training development standards, guidelines, qualitystandards, and regulatory requirements, as defined by the Learning Services' product life cycle
  • Maintains a high level of technical expertise in the areas of HPLC and analytical chemistry methodology
  • Project manages education product development with vendors and consultants
  • Supports deploying courses to local delivery organizations to ensure a seamless transition from design to delivery
  • Leads and participates in various projects to support improvements in the development and delivery function of the customer education business, i.e., testing new forms of delivery

This is a remote position that can be performed anywhere worldwide (in a country where Agilent has an entity), but preference is given to a candidate near a demo lab, preferably in Waldbronn (Germany), Cheadle (United Kingdom), Paris (France), or Lexington, MA (USA).

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. Degree in a related field, e.g., analytical chemistry
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience, including specific experience working in/around regulated laboratory environments
  • Excellent working knowledge of Agilent OpenLab CDS software platform
  • Expertise in Agilent HPLC instrument operation, maintenance, and chromatographic techniques, including method workflows and method development
  • Practical experience with Agilent HPLC troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills

On a personal level, you are self-directed and motivated to work with a remote team. You demonstrate curiosity and eagerness, researching and applying yourself to new instrumentation, sometimes with minimal formal training.
