Work Environment

All necessary technology and training to facilitate remote therapy sessions will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to obtain thorough insights into clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.
• Deliver individualized, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that outline specific goals and interventions to effectively address the unique needs of each client.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary teams to create cohesive and coordinated care for our clients.
• Provide crisis intervention services, perform risk assessments, and establish safety planning procedures for clients in immediate need.
• Document client interactions and treatment progress promptly and accurately, adhering to ethical and legal standards.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to enhance therapeutic engagement and community support.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
