Our expanding Nevada team is seeking attorneys with 2+ years of insurance defense experience to join our general liability defense team.
Practice areas include Auto, Construction Defect, Workers' Comp, General Liability, Med Mal/Nursing Home, Professional Lines, Premise Liability and Products Liability, First Party and PIP.
Responsibilities include:
Managing cases through all phases of litigation
Taking and defending depositions
Motion practice and discovery
Court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations
Client communication and reporting
