Summary of Position
The Digital Commerce Analyst (Amazon) supports the day-to-day execution and performance of the Amazon 1P business. This role partners directly with the Sr. National Account Manager to drive growth by identifying opportunities, resolving issues, and improving key inputs across traffic, conversion, availability, and Buy Box performance. This is a highly action-oriented role that blends analytics, process design, and hands-on execution. The analyst will help build the operating rhythms, reporting, and tools needed to scale the Amazon business while actively contributing to resolving real-time business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Support Amazon 1P Business Execution
  • Partner directly with the Sr. National Account Manager to support Amazon 1P performance and growth initiatives
  • Monitor core business drivers including Buy Box %, in-stock, pricing compliance, traffic, and conversion
  • Identify and escalate risks and help drive resolution
  • Support Andon management, issue tracking, and cross-functional follow-ups

Own Amazon-Focused Reporting & Insights
  • Build and maintain Amazon-specific reporting across Vendor Central and internal systems
  • Translate data into actionable insights tied to revenue and operational performance
  • Develop dashboards highlighting key drivers of performance
  • Support WBRs and executive updates

Develop Practical KPIs & Business Tools
  • Define and track KPIs that directly influence Amazon performance
  • Quantify impact of key initiatives
  • Support forecasting and scenario planning

Build & Improve Operating Processes
  • Design and implement scalable processes for managing the Amazon business
  • Establish consistent cadences for issue resolution and performance tracking
  • Document workflows and best practices
  • Support sprint-based workstreams and action tracking

Enable Cross-Functional Execution
  • Partner with Category, Digital Shelf, NRM/Pricing, Supply Chain, and Customer Care teams
  • Ensure insights translate into actions
  • Track actions, owners, and timelines

Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Amazon (1P preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Amazon business drivers
  • Ability to turn data into clear actions
  • Strong Excel skills; BI tools a plus
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through
