Key job responsibilities
As a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM), you will define, own and drive technical programs that span multiple engineering/science teams and organizational boundaries. You will partner with product management and technical leadership to identify company-wide opportunities for demand planning needs, improving product, identify new areas of investment and work to align other group's engineering roadmaps to deliver on these opportunities and optimize delivery outcomes. As a technical leader, you will influence strategy and outcomes across different Amazon organizations.
This role is inherently cross-functional and requires a strong ability to communicate, influence and earn the trust of software engineers, technical and business leadership.
