Supply Chain Coordinator:

The Supply Chain Coordinator is a key position that supports our multi-site and multi-state dental offices. 

This is a great position for someone seeking to grow in the Supply Chain, Purchasing, or Procurement fields or for someone with prior experience in this areas seeking a flexible, part time schedule.

Part Time:

This is a part time (20 hours per week) position with a daytime schedule that can be customized to the hired employee.

Pay Range:

$25 -$35 per hour depending on experience

Responsibilities of the Position:

  • Working as Part Time Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supply chain activities supporting the ongoing needs of our dental and operations teams in the field.
  • Managing inventory, placing, expediting and fulfilling orders, receiving and shipping inventory
  • Supports the organization by requisitioning supplies, equipment and services
  • Administering supply chain and procurement functions, including estimating/quoting prices and sourcing products
  • Coordinating resources to respond to customer supply chain needs
  • Participating in continuous improvement projects including Lean optimizations such as 5S
  • Serves as a liaison for Supply Chain with other teams and customers.
  • Effectively presents information and fields questions in a thoughtful and professional manner
  • Initiates, coordinates, and executes supply chain requests
  • Provides guidance to staff within the latitude of established work area and policies.
  • Works on a wide range of assignments that are at times difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations in order to reach departmental goals.

Background and Experience:

  • 1 year or more experience in Supply Chain, Materials Management, Procurement, or Purchasing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or related
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with Large Language Model AI (Microsoft Copilot) is a plus
