• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to create tailored therapeutic strategies for each client based on their individual needs and circumstances.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care and effective treatment outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records while adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in workshops, trainings, and seminars to stay informed on the latest mental health research and therapeutic techniques.

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges, as well as families dealing with complex dynamics. • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted professional license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples counseling, substance use disorders, or trauma-informed care.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with your experience and caseload availability. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
