Work From Home Family Medicine Physician - Delaware (IMLC) | Full-Time | Monday-Friday | $180,000-$220,000
About the Opportunity
A Delaware license through the IMLC qualifies you for this fully virtual panel, staffed from home in Wilmington, Dover, or at the beaches. The shift runs afternoons and evenings only, 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM Eastern.

As they continue to grow, they are seeking a compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join their established clinical team. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice medicine in a fully remote, collaborative environment where physicians are supported by experienced clinical colleagues, dedicated nursing staff, and streamlined technology that allows them to focus on patient care, not administrative burden. The physician will provide comprehensive virtual primary and urgent care to patients nationwide through secure video visits and messaging while delivering a high-quality, relationship-centered care experience.

- Previous telemedicine experience.
Licensure: One IMLC State Is Enough
You only need to be licensed in one participating State of Principal License (SPL) under the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact. As long as you hold a full, unrestricted medical license in an eligible SPL and meet the IMLC requirements, you can use the compact's expedited process to obtain licensure in additional participating states, and additional state licenses are reimbursed.
