Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a personalized caseload of clients; establish meaningful rapport and maintain ethical boundaries while providing quality mental health care.
  • Conduct regular sessions to discuss clients' progress, address any concerns, manage stability, and determine appropriate discharge when necessary.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously monitor person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
  • Maintain thorough documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, to ensure compliance with best practices and legal standards.
  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to inform and guide individualized treatment strategies.
  • Provide individual psychotherapy sessions weekly, employing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques.

Qualifications
