• Manage a personalized caseload of clients; establish meaningful rapport and maintain ethical boundaries while providing quality mental health care.
• Conduct regular sessions to discuss clients' progress, address any concerns, manage stability, and determine appropriate discharge when necessary.
• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
• Maintain thorough documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, to ensure compliance with best practices and legal standards.
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to inform and guide individualized treatment strategies.
• Provide individual psychotherapy sessions weekly, employing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques.
• Engage in ongoing individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and ensure high-quality client care.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers to coordinate and optimize patient care.

Our practice serves a varied outpatient population, including adults and children experiencing a broad range of mental health conditions. As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, you will provide essential services, including psychotherapy and support, to individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Understanding the unique needs of these populations is crucial, as you will work to empower them through informed, empathetic, and individualized care.

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC).
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient environment.
• Proficiency in clinical documentation, including using electronic health records and other software tools that enhance service delivery.

• Experience providing individual and family psychotherapy services, demonstrating effective communication and therapeutic skills.
• Comfortability with conducting intake assessments and developing treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations.
• Familiarity with using Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for documentation and reporting purposes.
