• Utilize evidence-based psychotherapeutic techniques and interventions to deliver high-quality mental health services to individuals and families dealing with diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders.
• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to analyze client needs and formulate personalized treatment plans.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions, either one-on-one, in group settings, or with family members, adapting approaches according to individual therapy needs.
• Develop initial discharge plans and continue to revise treatment plans as patient circumstances evolve.
• Keep detailed and accurate documentation of all therapy services rendered, adhering to our facility and professional standards.
• Manage an assigned caseload effectively, ensuring all patients receive timely and appropriate care.
• Actively participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings to coordinate effective care and share insights with colleagues.
• Exhibit professionalism while addressing client concerns, ensuring patient safety is always a priority.
• Perform additional functions and tasks as assigned by management to foster the overall success of the clinic.

Our clinic serves a diverse client population, including adolescents, adults, and families grappling with various mental health issues. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related human services field is required.
• Candidates must hold a valid state or national license for therapeutic practice, including but not limited to LMFT, LMHC, LCSW-R, or LCSW.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide supportive, empathetic care tailored to individual client needs.

• Prior experience working with adults, children, and adolescents is highly desirable.
• Experience in an outpatient setting is a plus, as it aligns with our practice model of delivering care without requiring call hours, nights, or weekends.
