• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, identifying areas for treatment and support.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each client's goals, utilizing techniques rooted in evidence-based practice.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions, providing individual, family, and group therapy as appropriate to help clients process their emotions and develop coping strategies.

• Administer crisis intervention and immediate support when clients are facing acute challenges.

As a Mental Health Therapist at Rosewood, you will work with a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and relational issues. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing their emotional well-being and quality of life, providing them with tools to navigate their circumstances effectively.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, specifically as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic proficiency.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
• A deep commitment to empathy, compassion, and fostering a client-centered approach.
