Key Responsibilities
  • Provide therapeutic support through individual, group, and family sessions tailored to the needs of adolescent and young adult clients.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that address the unique challenges faced by youth.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities to deliver effective mental health interventions.
  • Participate in regular case management meetings and collaborate with other clinicians to leverage collective expertise for enhanced client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

With small group sizes (maximum of 8 clients), our counselors have the opportunity to establish deep connections and provide intensive, personalized care.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
  • Current licensure in the state of California as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.
  • Availability to dedicate between 12 and 40 hours per week, depending on the contractual arrangement (1099 or W2).
  • For W2 positions, full-time availability is required, with capacity for evening and weekend sessions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to fostering supportive relationships with clients.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with adolescents and young adults in a clinical setting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with current mental health policies and best practices.
  • Ability to engage clients through innovative therapeutic techniques and modern telehealth tools.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive and falls between USD 115,000 and 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
