In this fully remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from home while engaging with clients through our secure telehealth platform. • Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify each client’s unique mental health needs, ensuring personalized care.
• Collaborating with clients to develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to their specific goals, individual resilience, and therapeutic preferences.
• Providing ongoing individual, couples, and group therapy that incorporates various therapeutic techniques suited to the client's circumstances, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing.
• Working closely with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, case managers, and support staff, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Maintaining detailed and confidential client records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
• Actively participating in professional development through case conferences, supervision, and training to sharpen clinical skills and enhance service delivery.

Our clientele comprises diverse individuals seeking help for a variety of issues, including addiction, emotional distress, trauma, and crisis situations. Your role will involve providing immediate support for clients facing emotional crises or suicidal ideation, utilizing skills in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care to ensure their safety and well-being.

• A Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Possession of an independent LMHC License to practice in Florida is mandatory.

• Experience in addiction therapy and working with substance use disorders is preferred.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and therapeutic practices relevant to mental health counseling.
• Prior experience in a remote therapy setting is a plus, demonstrating the ability to build rapport and connections through virtual platforms.

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, our organization offers a generous sign-on bonus to support your transition into this vital role.
