  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.
  • Provide crisis intervention support and develop pre-crisis and crisis management strategies to ensure patient safety and wellness.
  • Utilize evidence-based screening tools as part of our clinical protocol to identify mental health needs and treatment efficacy.
  • Document therapy sessions and treatment plans meticulously to meet regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of care.
  • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and programs to create and implement positive behavior support plans that enhance patient outcomes.
  • Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with state standards and organizational policies.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and appropriate service systems, including state agencies and community organizations, to enhance service delivery.
  • Engage in networking efforts to establish and maintain partnerships that support program development and potential funding opportunities.
