What is an Aha Remote?

An Aha Remote job refers to a position at Aha!, a company known for its product management and roadmapping software, that allows employees to work remotely from anywhere. Aha! is a fully distributed company, meaning all of its employees work from home or locations of their choice rather than a central office. The company hires for a variety of roles, including engineering, marketing, customer success, and more, all designed to be performed remotely.

How does a remote role at Aha! typically structure daily collaboration and communication with team members?

Teams are usually cross-functional, and clear communication is emphasized to ensure everyone stays aligned despite working from different locations. Regular check-ins, transparent documentation, and open Slack channels help foster a sense of connection and shared purpose. This structure encourages flexibility while maintaining high productivity and team cohesion.
