• Manage a full caseload of clients and conduct assessments to identify their individual needs and goals.
• Utilize our electronic medical records system to document patient progress, manage treatment plans, and communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals.
• Adhere to established protocols and ethical standards in all aspects of care and treatment.
• Participate in regular team meetings, collaborating on best practices and strategies to enhance patient outcomes.
• Create individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and adjust them as necessary to ensure progress toward client goals.
• Support clients with financial or social needs by providing appropriate referrals and resources.
• Commit to continued professional development by pursuing ongoing training and fulfilling any accreditation requirements set by relevant licensing bodies.
• Maintain a current Oregon driver's license and uphold a CPR/First Aid certification.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary focus will be on young individuals, helping them navigate their mental health challenges while developing necessary coping strategies. You will work closely with children, adolescents, and their families, providing foundational support that encourages resilience and growth. Your role is pivotal in guiding these clients through personal challenges, whether academic pressures or emotional concerns, in a highly supportive and understanding manner.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited institution (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).
• An independent license to practice in the state of Oregon as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively, particularly in a high caseload environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a knack for motivating others and maintaining an enthusiastic approach to therapy.

• Experience working with children and adolescents in a mental health setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation practices within mental health care.
• Demonstrated ability to work proactively and independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 50,000 to 80,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we also offer:
