As our Training Operations Lead, you'll own the operational engine behind our Instructor-Led Training (ILT) programs - focused on crane and rigging. From instructor scheduling and curriculum management to customer coordination, materials, systems, and training logistics, you'll ensure every course is delivered with consistency and excellence.
This is a highly cross-functional role who will work with internal teams as well as clients, vendors and partners. You are someone who thrives on building scalable processes, optimizing workflows, and using technology to improve how work gets done. You'll bring strong operational and technical aptitude and a continuous improvement mindset. What you'll do:
  • Day-to-Day ILT Operations: Own the daily operational flow of all ILT programs.
  • Contractor Success & Course Closeouts: Be accountable for the success of all contractors and ensure all course closeouts are completed on time. Own any process or customer remediation needs for anything related to certificates.
  • Financial & System Partnership: Partner with the Accounting team to improve the payment timeline on ILT as part of closeouts, and be responsible for ILT Operations system management and upkeep of process, files, and data.
  • Data Integrity & Reporting: Ensure all course, student & financial data is accurate for reporting purposes.
  • Logistics & Fulfillment Ownership: Be accountable for accurate and on-time shipping to all ILT programs. This includes accountability for inventory management, logistics, fulfillment, supply chain management, travel, shipping, industry certifications & associated performance metrics for both ILT and the Bookstore across internal and third party partnerships.
  • Process Improvement & Documentation: Adopt and implement all ILT Operations process improvement initiatives, and document all ILT processes to create enablement for scale.
  • On-Site Experience: Partner with the Director of Training - Cranes & Rigging and/or the Training Center Partner to own the in-person/on-site experience for all ILT programs. Collaborate to identify and address opportunities for improvement.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Partner with the Industrial Services Delivery team to schedule, manage, confirm/cancel, and reschedule all training center events, including dedicated event needs and all communications.
  • Data Management: Be responsible for curriculum versioning management and inventory support. This includes being accountable for product and packing list accuracy in NetSuite, partnering with the Industrial Service Delivery Manager to ensure accuracy in Salesforce, ensuring all students for training center and client-site events are accurately enrolled in the LMS.
  • Product Documentation: Own all Industrial Services product details across software systems, including product descriptions, packing lists, curriculum versioning, field advisory services, bookstore, FoRE, instructor skills matrix & others as needed.

  • Ownership & Accountability: A proactive leader who is accountable for all aspects of a project, from shipping logistics to contractor payments and on-site experience.
  • Continuous Improvement: Mindset to document, adopt, and implement process improvements for enablement and scale.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in training operations, logistics, supply chain, or a similar operations role supporting Instructor-Led Training (ILT) or professional services.
  • Preferred - Understanding of the end-to-end ILT program lifecycle, from scheduling and fulfillment through delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Experience managing logistics, inventory, fulfillment, and supply chain operations with a high degree of accuracy and organization.
  • Proficiency with enterprise systems, including NetSuite and Salesforce, with the ability to maintain data integrity and optimize operational workflows.
  • Experience documenting processes, creating SOPs, and building enablement materials that improve consistency and scalability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across teams and manage external contractors and vendors.
  • Comfortable leveraging technology, automation, and AI tools to improve operational efficiency and scale processes in a high-growth environment.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without stipulations and be residents of the United States.
  • Following the offer of employment, all roles will require a background check and a drug and alcohol test. Some positions may require other verifications, such as, driver eligibility and record, credentials or education. All new hires will be required to complete the I-9 Form and E-verify process upon employment.

Pay: $70,000-$90,000 annual salary
Final compensation will reflect the candidate's experience and demonstrated impact.
