About the Role:

As Operations Associate you will be responsible for helping with operational responsibilities of several key departments:

  • Support day-to-day financial and operational administration, including accounts payable, vendor management, expense reimbursements, and drafting financial deliverables;
  • Work across departments within the agency and with the COO to ensure we are meeting client deadlines;
  • Helping communicate specs and creative needs to the creative and scripting teams and working to resolve issues when they arise;
  • Assisting with creative asset management;
  • Managing internal compliance systems and billing notifications for client reporting;
  • Helping oversee weekly client competitive and campaign performance reporting.

Employment Details:

  • Location: Wavelength Strategy is headquartered in Washington, DC but this position will be flexible, remote
  • Employee status: Full-time, exempt (this position is expected to end in November 2026)
  • Minimum salary expectation: $75,000
