We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to support our field sales team in delivering best-in-class service to our customers. In this role, you will serve as the critical operational link between our account managers, FAEs, distribution partners, and end customers in support of the Lead-to-Order Process.


Inside Sales Representative is a commission-based role with focus on assigned customers for all account management and customer service functions including, opportunity management, revenue forecast, order management, and communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships in partnership with the field sales team, with emphasis on customer procurement and planning personnel

  • Provide proactive back-office support to the Sales and FAE teams for specific assigned accounts, including Design Registration review, Pricing/Quote requests, and process documentation

  • Work directly with end customers on orders, IP/Tools licensing, and design related inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.

  • Manage escalation or exception requests on customer orders placed through distributors, coordinating closely with a centralized Sales Service team that processesorders from customers and distribution channel partners.

  • Coordinate sample requests and new product introduction (NPI) support between field sales, Product Marketing, and Operations

  • Work with customers and distributors to collect, enter, and analyze demand signals to prepare consolidated sales forecast in support of the planning process.

  • Maintain accurate design registration for DDC and opportunity data in the CRM system.

  • Ensuring correct distributor margin is applied for each opportunity

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Management, Business Operations, and Legal on contract/special agreement, agreements, pricing, and compliance activities.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in sales support, inside sales, or sales operations, ideally within the semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech industry.

  • Familiarity with high-touch technical sales and distribution models.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.

  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated business acumen and customer-focused mindset.

  • Skilled in multitasking and managing shifting priorities effectively.
