Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary duties will involve:

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field is required.
  • Must hold a valid and active license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Experience practicing independently without supervision is essential.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, along with a compassionate nature, are critical for success in this role.

Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in a remote counseling setting or a community health clinic is preferred.
