• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand the specific mental health needs of clients, employing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implement a diverse array of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring clients receive the most effective interventions suited to their individual situations.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation, adhering to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards to safeguard client information and uphold organizational integrity.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to provide holistic care, actively contributing to treatment plans and client progress meetings.
• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review sessions to enhance treatment strategies and integrate feedback, aimed at elevating the quality of care provided.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues and therapeutic options available, empowering them to actively participate in their treatment and recovery processes.
• Stay current with research advancements and evolving best practices in mental health care to continually enrich your therapeutic approach and client interventions.

The clients you will work with represent a wide range of backgrounds and experiences, with many facing challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress management. • Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure is required as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Proven expertise in implementing solution-focused psychotherapy interventions with a client-centric approach tailored to individual needs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster strong therapeutic relationships and trust with clients.
• Demonstrated ability in problem-solving and critical thinking, capable of navigating complex client situations while seeking positive therapeutic outcomes.

• A minimum of three years of professional experience in the field of mental health therapy, with a focus on outpatient settings.

• Attractive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 per year for full-time positions, with part-time roles compensated at USD 50,000 – 55,000 annually.
