Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver clinical supervision and mentorship to social work interns and student volunteers, fostering their development in the field of mental health.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and training sessions relevant to mental health counseling.
  • Perform other duties as directed by clinical leadership, contributing to service delivery excellence.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base representing various age groups and backgrounds. Your ability to adapt treatment strategies to meet the unique needs of individuals and families is essential. You will address a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and overall emotional well-being, providing clients with a path toward recovery and resilience.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
  • Valid State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct psychological testing and crisis intervention is highly desirable.
  • Strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine commitment to client care and advocacy.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience working within an outpatient mental health setting is a plus.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record systems to maintain patient information and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits
