We are currently looking for motivated, relationship driven Academic Sales Representatives to join our growing team.
This is not a cold calling role. Families are already reaching out looking for support. Your job is to guide conversations, build trust quickly, understand student needs, and help families take the next step toward tutoring services that truly make an impact.

What Youโll Do
โข Speak with prospective students and families interested in tutoring services
โข Guide families through the enrollment process and help coordinate introductory tutoring sessions
โข Build rapport quickly through phone, text, and email communication
โข Consult with families to understand academic goals and recommend tutoring solutions
โข Follow up with families after their initial tutoring experience and help convert them into ongoing tutoring clients
โข Handle a high volume of inbound leads and conversations throughout the day
โข Accurately track communication and activity within our CRM
โข Partner closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth student experience
โข Hit weekly and monthly enrollment and performance goals

Requirements
โข Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
โข Comfortable spending a large portion of the day speaking with families over the phone
โข Strong understanding of education in the US and student success is a plus
โข Ability to manage multiple conversations, follow ups, and tasks simultaneously
โข General computer and technology proficiency, including Google Suite and VOIP systems
โข Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Zendesk is a plus but not required
โข Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow in a fast paced environment
โข Reliable high speed internet and a dedicated home workspace
โข Bachelorโs degree preferred but not required
โข Experience in education, hospitality, coaching, admissions, sales, or other customer facing roles is a plus

Compensation
โข Base salary: $45,000 to $50,000
โข Additional earning potential through uncapped commission opportunities

Schedule
This is a full time remote role with a set schedule. We currently have the following shifts available:
โข Tuesday โ Saturday | 12:00 PM โ 9:00 PM ET
โข Sunday โ Thursday | 12:00 PM โ 9:00 PM ET (Please note that Saturday shifts end earlier at 7:00 PM ET.)
While candidates may indicate a preferred schedule, placement into a specific shift cannot be guaranteed and will be determined based on business needs at the time of hire.
Flexibility and consistency within these scheduled hours are important, as this role supports families and students during peak engagement times.
