Therapist Contractor Opportunity – Join Our Caring Team!

We are seeking compassionate and skilled mental health therapists to join our team as independent contractors. If you’re passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and thrive, we’d love to hear from you!  If you are independently licensed and want to experience the feeling of having your own practice without the additional expense and responsibilities, we are the fit for you! 

Location: Flexible — remote, in-person, or hybrid, in our Henderson office location

Compensation: Hourly and/or percentage compensation available.

Position Type: Contract / Part-Time or Full-Time

️ Start Date: Ongoing/ASAP

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, couples, or group therapy sessions

  • Develop personalized treatment plans and document progress

  • Maintain ethical and professional standards in client care

  • Collaborate with team members and attend optional case consultations

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field

  • Valid licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, Psychologist, etc.) in Nevada

  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
